Oaks Village is a new residential development of
52 townhomes
located on 16.9 acres off Ocoee Street in an established
area of Ooltewah. It is convenient to Bi-Lo and other shopping,
the U.S. Post Office and some of Hamilton County's best
public schools. The site was the former location of the
original Ooltewah High School and Mountain Oaks Elementary
